About
Lemitron
Lemitron Bilişim ve Yayıncılık Anonim Şirketi was founded in 2023. In its early years the company worked in concerts and events; in 2026 it amended its articles of association and restructured its activities around the copyright management and publishing of cultural and artistic works.
Today Lemitron brings together three brands working in music, theatre and the visual arts within a single corporate structure. Each brand develops within the expertise, language and relationships of its own field, while the shared corporate infrastructure is run under the Lemitron roof.
Concert, exhibition and performance organisation remains among the activities the company has carried out since its founding, directly under the Lemitron name.
Fields of Activity
Lemitron’s activities are shaped around copyright management, revenue sharing, publishing, representation and promotion. From preparing works for use and publication to defining the terms of their use, from representation at home and abroad to managing the income belonging to rights holders, complementary areas of work are carried out within the same structure.
Concert, exhibition and performance organisation accompanies this work. An event sometimes begins from a work we represent, and sometimes takes shape entirely around a new idea.
Why Three Separate Brands?
Although music, theatre and the visual arts sit within a shared corporate structure, each has its own language, way of working and circle. Behind Lemitron’s structure of three separate brands lies the intention to give those differences room within their own fields.
The brands carry their own identity in content, representation and communication, while contract infrastructure, the monitoring of rights, revenue sharing, accounting and legal processes are run jointly under the Lemitron roof.
This structure allows each brand to deepen within its own field while preserving corporate continuity and a shared working infrastructure.
How We Work
At the centre of how Lemitron works is the clarity and durability of the relationship between the rights holder and the party who wishes to use the work. Protecting and monitoring copyright, drawing up agreements and setting terms of use and revenue-sharing models form the basis of that relationship; the income arising from use and sales is followed within the same structure.
The work’s journey beyond that relationship belongs to the same whole. Printed and digital publications are prepared where needed; works are promoted and marketed, and institutions and end users are reached through online sale and rental. When a work or material being sought is not in Lemitron’s own catalogue, it is obtained through relationships with publishers and agencies abroad and delivered in the form required. In this way a rights holder can follow their rights, their representation and their income within a single structure, while the party seeking a work can reach the work, the material and the right of use through that same structure.
Our Brands
Works in the edition, publication and licensing of musical works. It offers a publishing structure extending from the examination of sources to the preparation of editions, from the sale of scores to the rental of orchestral material and the representation of works.
Focuses on the management and representation of playwrights’ copyright. Performance permissions, translations and adaptations, and the use of works at home and abroad are handled within this structure.
Works in the management and representation of the economic rights in visual artworks. The rights relating to different forms of publication, reproduction and use, and the relationships arising from them, are managed here.
Events
Some works are not only published or represented; they turn into a programme and find a new response on a stage, in a hall or in an exhibition space. Sometimes that road begins with a work Lemitron represents, and sometimes with nothing but an idea, when no work yet exists.
The shaping of the programme, the gathering of the artists, the preparation of the venue and the encounter to come with the audience are the parts through which that idea becomes an event. Lemitron provides the organisational services needed along this road, from the idea to the meeting with the audience.
